USDOT Number is a unique identifier assigned by FMCSA to track a company's safety information.

This is the date that the FMCSA accepted this mover's application for a DOT number. It is not the same as the date they were licensed, as licensing is a separate process from FMCSA.

C = Carrier (transports goods for hire).

MSC-150 filing date. Carriers must update this form every 24 months or when company information changes.
