"An employee's performance is indicative of a company's performance. This company was subcontracted by the moving company I chose. They did not deliver on the mutually agreed upon expectations and I asked for a manager of the driver's that showed up. I ended up talking to Alex (his number 786-221-6383), who from the beginning of our conversation was extremely rude, spoke over me constantly, even after I asked him to listen and let me talk, was an absolute 'BULLY", had no manners, no customer service skills (actually has no skills), was rude, belligerent and condescending. His actions were extremely upsetting to me and cost me extra money. I will be filing this company with the BBB. I highly recommend against using them. "
