"I hired this company to move from Dillon, CO to Noblesville, IN and the experience was unsafe, misleading, and damaging. The truck arrived under a different company name, and one mover stated he was there for “the Craigslist move.” I later discovered he had a criminal history including drug-related arrests, which I was never informed of, and my small children were present. The crew caused major damage to my home and furniture, failed to reassemble items I paid for, and even tried to give me someone else’s belongings. After the move, the company refused to help and said they wouldn’t issue a refund because they were upset I reported them to the DOT. I have extensive photo and video evidence and have filed a formal claim."
